It isn't about exercising more just for the sake of exercising.
My background spans personal training, restorative exercise, yoga, nutrition, and healthy-living practices. I bring those disciplines together to coach the whole person, rather than treating exercise, nutrition, recovery, and daily movement as separate pieces.
That might mean building a strength routine that fits your week. Learning how to adapt an exercise when your body needs something different. Or simply having someone help you sort through all the advice and decide what makes sense for you.
I’m less interested in giving you another thing you “should” do and more interested in helping you build a way of living you can actually keep living.
My approach is practical, curious, and collaborative. We start with where you are, what matters to you, and what you want your health to help you do.

I’m fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). Growing up, I learned sign language to communicate with a family friend who was deaf. Later I earned a bachelor's degree in interpreting for the deaf and spent over 25 years working with deaf and hard of hearing students and colleagues at a university.
I want what I teach to be easier to access and use, so I offer written instructions, captioned content, and visual demonstrations.
